Team Coordinator

Overview
As a Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive support to our Works Delivery Director and their leadership team. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on administrative and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office management duties, including overseeing all correspondence, managing calendars, and maintaining personnel records. You will also be responsible for arranging travel logistics and procuring necessary equipment for the team.
- Facilitate meetings by organizing schedules and preparing relevant documentation. You will be expected to take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for the team, providing exceptional customer service and managing communications effectively.
- Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to important records and documentation.
- Utilize financial and procurement systems to manage office supplies and equipment, acting as a Local Purchasing Agent when necessary.
- Identify and report any operational issues, such as IT or facility-related concerns, and monitor the resolution process.
- Carry out your duties in alignment with Network Rail's core values, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
