Regional Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Executive to become a part of a reputable family-owned small to medium-sized enterprise. In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing sales performance across the designated region by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with current customer accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Arrange in-person sales meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Introduce and promote new product offerings.
  • Oversee customer accounts and drive sales growth through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Develop and execute innovative business development plans.
  • Strengthen the company's market presence and professional image.
  • Concentrate on selling the product line and establishing a network of distributors.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers.
  • Engage in coaching, team discussions, and collaborative visits.
  • Create strategic contact plans for each account to optimize sales potential.
  • Pursue significant opportunities within the territory.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor customer interactions, pricing inquiries, and sales progress.
  • Follow up on marketing promotions, campaigns, and customer incentive programs.
  • Address technical questions and coordinate for internal information.
  • Process orders and manage sample requests.
  • Participate in telesales activities as required.

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 base salary plus commission
