Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales quotas, identifying areas of improvement to maximize profits.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business and meet sales quotas.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports on account status and collaborating with the management team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven success as a Sales Manager, including multi-year sales growth with customers and consistent achievement of quotas.
- Industry Expertise: Experience selling DIY services/solutions/products in an online retail environment, with a strong understanding of the UK market and mass-market retailers.
- Skills: Online savvy, critical eye for online content and reviews, excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and familiarity with SAP Advantage.
