Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate new business leads through proactive sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
