We are looking for a committed and experienced Residential Services Coordinator to become part of a team focused on delivering exceptional housing management services.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

The Residential Services Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring a high standard of housing management for community members, assisting individuals in maintaining their residences and enhancing their quality of life.

You will serve as the primary contact for a designated community, ensuring that the living conditions are well-kept and conducive to a positive environment.

This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of housing regulations and a background in engaging with the public effectively.

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity, specifically as a Residential Services Coordinator.
  • Thorough knowledge of housing regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience managing complex casework both face-to-face and in written form.
  • Ability to provide sound tenancy, housing, and leasehold guidance, along with an understanding of best practices and compliance standards.
  • Deliver a high-quality housing management service that encompasses tenancy and leasehold management within the local social housing framework.
  • Offer advice on safeguarding and well-being across various issues, including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, tenancy management, mediation, life skills, and the promotion of personal independence.
  • Identify tenants at risk of tenancy failure and create support plans with defined outcomes, conducting regular assessments to enhance the chances of maintaining their residence.
  • Maintain a systematic schedule of visits and inspections, identifying needs within the community.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders, including statutory services, local landlords, and other housing organizations.
  • Accurately document all casework in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.
