Are you committed to enhancing the lives of young individuals? We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to oversee our 4 Bed residential children's facility in Doncaster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a senior role within a residential child care environment in the past five years.
- Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in applying the Quality Care Standards for Children's Homes.
- Administrative Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks including documentation, record-keeping, rota management, and report generation for Children's Homes.
- Leadership: At least one year of experience in supervising and managing a team of professionals.
- Qualifications: A professional qualification at Level 4/5 in 'Working with Children and Young People' (or equivalent).
- Training: A commitment to ongoing professional development, including up-to-date Safeguarding and/or Recruitment Training.
- Ofsted Registration: You will be required to apply for Registered Manager status and participate in an interview to assess your suitability.
