As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administration and clerical support services to our Care Group, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage clerical workload, medical records, and related documents
- Provide receptionist and call handling duties, responding to queries from patients, service users, relatives, and carers
- Input and update data related to the service, working closely with clinicians and partners for service delivery
- Work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, handling large volumes of tasks
- Communicate and collaborate with a wide range of professionals and patients
- GCSE (Grade C or above in English and Mathematics) level or equivalent qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of NHS systems, including System One, is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to travel independently between various locations
