About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bis Henderson Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving profitable new business growth in the liquid waste sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a detailed new business pipeline to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with our General Manager to drive a growth strategy aligned with the needs of the business
  • Accurately maintain data within our CRM platform
  • Liaise regularly with other commercial functions to share pipelines and best practice
Requirements
  • General knowledge of the waste sector and experience of selling liquid waste services
  • Experience of successfully developing, managing, and implementing new business services
  • Good presentation, selling, negotiating, and influential skills
  • Analytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend solutions
  • Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets
