H2o Vend Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our thriving Vending and Watercooler business. This role is a unique opportunity created due to a recent retirement. As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within our existing accounts and beyond. Your active involvement in the planning, development, and execution of sales strategies will be crucial for our growth.

Your responsibilities will include shaping and advancing ongoing projects in collaboration with our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to train and engage customers, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our equipment and products.

Business Development Executive - Key Objectives:

- Develop new revenue streams to increase business turnover from £1.25 million to £2 million and beyond.

- Formulate and execute a robust sales plan in line with the agreed strategy.

Business Development Executive - Compensation Package:

- Salary £40,000, in line with experience.

- Commission on equipment sales.

- Monthly car allowance.

- Business mileage reimbursement.

- Company-provided phone and laptop.

- Pension scheme.

- 28 days of paid holiday.
