Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to the aerospace market, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving revenue growth and profitability
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Develop and maintain accurate customer records, tracking sales activity and customer interactions
- Participate in sales meetings, providing feedback and insights to inform sales strategies
- Stay organized, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the aerospace or metal industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop sales plans
- Proficient in using sales software and tools, with the ability to track sales activity and customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
