About the Role

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant/Valuer to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting property valuations, and listing homes for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate New Business: Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from our website and other portals, and engage in canvassing activities.
  • Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations.
  • Client Engagement: Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Sales Progression: Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with both the vendor and purchaser together with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents.
Requirements
