Job Title: Sales Executive-New Car Sales

Location: Weston-super-Mare

Salary: £20,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £50,000+) + Company Car

Hours: Monday to Saturday (Day off in the week), with Sundays on a rota

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our client's fantastic Main Dealership sales team in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our dealership, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
