About the Role

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant/Valuer to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea office. This role will cover both Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse marketplace that ranges from first-time homes to large country properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate New Business: Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from our website and other portals, and engage in canvassing activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations that showcase the properties' unique features.
  • Client Engagement: Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved, and providing expert advice to achieve successful sales.
  • Sales Progression: Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with both the vendor and purchaser, as well as solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents to ensure a seamless transaction.
Requirements
  • Driven and Passionate: You must have a strong drive to succeed, with a passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities within the local market, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in IT and the ability to embrace new technologies that enhance business operations.
  • Social Media Skills: A good understanding of social media platforms is advantageous in today's digital age.
