Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Red Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Process and manage large volumes of data with high attention to detail
- Identify and address outdated financial information for key accounts and credit customers
- Merge duplicate accounts where necessary
- Generate reports and maintain data
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Previous experience in data entry and management is preferred
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets is required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
