About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Hakkasan Hanway Place in London. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling security.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card programming, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in a luxury venue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Impeccable appearance and a high level of professionalism.
  • Availability to work full-time, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of composure in a fast-paced environment.
