Receptionist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage the front office department, ensuring the smooth-running of day-to-day operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and management, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
