We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd in North London.

The successful candidate will be a confident, warm and welcoming individual with relevant Receptionist or Front of House experience. This is a fully office-based role, 9am to 5pm, with a 3pm finish on Fridays throughout the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming emails and phone calls
  • First point of contact for any walk-in clients
  • Meet and greet any guests
  • Book meetings
  • Deal with couriers and post
  • Data entry
  • Maintain a presentable Reception area
  • General administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
  • Current Receptionist or Front of House experience in an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask
