Job Title: Administrator / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrator with bookkeeping experience to join our team at Buckland Care.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a warm and friendly personality, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts for the care home and communicate accurate information to the Finance Department
  • Consolidate payroll data and submit to external payroll provider
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members
  • Maintain staff and resident files
  • Order supplies and arrange contractors
  • Process resident invoices and allocate payments
  • Report weekly and monthly to Head Office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and payroll
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a flexible approach
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Xero software (preferable)
