Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Morson Talent. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of business operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting planning.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
