Industry Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industry Development Manager to join our team at AUTOMATION SR LTD. As an Industry Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing our UK Oil and Gas business, with a focus on emerging technologies such as hydrogen and CCUS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow our UK Oil and Gas business, including identifying new business opportunities and developing existing ones.
- Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure coverage of Oil and Gas customers and to identify new business opportunities.
- Network and interface with key stakeholders, including EPC Contractors, Tendering Teams, and Business Drivers, to promote Value Added Services and Solution opportunities within Oil and Gas accounts.
- Monitor and measure market trends, market size, and market-specific legislation, providing clear strategic direction to our UK sales organization.
- Identify and develop the complete supply chain associated with the Oil and Gas industry, including end users, OEMs, EPCs, and other key stakeholders.
- Technical engineering qualification, minimum HNC level, although relevant experience is essential.
- Thorough knowledge of Oil and Gas industry, applications, and legislation.
- Good contact base within Oil and Gas industry.
- Knowledge of Control & Automation, both practical and market-oriented.
- Extensive sales experience.
- A good level of marketing experience.
