Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Atom Recruitment Ltd. as a key member of our client's marketing department.
Job PurposeThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial digital marketing activities for our client's B2C brand, developing and executing a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan to drive brand growth and sales.
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms, including WooCommerce, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to engage customers and drive sales.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a Social Media Assistant to ensure successful execution of social media campaigns.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Brand Strategy: Maintain and update the brand strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Product Development and Promotion: Collaborate with the technical nutrition and cosmetic product creation teams to develop and promote new products.
- Strategic Insights: Collaborate with the Strategic Insights team to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.
- Degree in Digital Marketing: A degree or equivalent in digital marketing or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns for a brand.
- Data Analysis: Numerate with the ability to analyze data and determine trends.
- IT Literacy: Totally IT literate and capable of harnessing the benefits of modern customer relationship management and digital media.
- Communication Skills: Literate person who can prepare well-written and lucid reports.
- Articulation and Communication: Able to articulate and communicate a compelling case.
- Scientific Interest: Enquiring mind interested in a range of scientific literature.
- Flexibility and Prioritization: Flexible and able to prioritize, plan, and organize multiple activities.
- Telephone Manner: Excellent telephone manner, friendly, and enquiring.
- Accountability: Industrious and with the tenacity to complete a task.
- Drive and Determination: Enjoys being accountable for the success of the business function.
In return for your expertise, our client is offering a basic salary of c£40,000 per annum, (salary is negotiable and dependent on experience), plus benefits.
