This is a permanent and progressive accounting role with the opportunity of remote/hybrid working. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and analysing financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support internal and external audits, and provide cover for the Senior Finance team as needed.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptability to business needs, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
