About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Lettings Property Coordinator to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd in Tunbridge Wells. As a Lettings Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our property managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Handle incoming phone calls from applicants, landlords, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Diary Management: Book appointments and manage the coordinator's diary to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property managers, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Property Inspections: Schedule and attend periodic inspection visits to ensure properties are being maintained to a high standard.
  • Health and Safety: Arrange safety certificates to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Inventory Reports: Assess inventory reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Deposit Claims: Handle deposit claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Property Knowledge: Ideally, a property or lettings background with a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Teamwork: Confident, personable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Transportation: Full UK driving license and own transport.
