Our client, a reputable independent property firm, is seeking a Lettings Manager to enhance their professional team based in Tunbridge Wells.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Lettings Team, focusing on expanding and nurturing the current Lettings portfolio through the acquisition of New Letting Instructions.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to advance their career, with a passion for business development.
You should possess a friendly demeanor, enthusiasm, and energy, alongside a proven track record in the Lettings sector. The role requires an individual who excels in securing new business, possesses outstanding listing capabilities, and understands the significance of customer service and client retention.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Extensive experience in listings and valuations
- Exceptional sales skills
- High-level customer service proficiency
- Positive attitude and effective telephone communication
- Ambitious, well-presented, and self-driven
- Local knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area is essential
- Must hold a full driving license and own a vehicle
- Professional approach to estate agency
