The Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at our Leicester store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Consultants to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Store Supervisor or Team Leader in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
