**The Role of Store Supervisor**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Supervisor to join our team at our Leicester store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store manager and management teams to achieve store results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with the store manager and management teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide training and coaching to Sales Consultants to improve their skills and knowledge
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving
