  • Stay up-to-date with all current and future products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist with ordering products, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Manage the team rota, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that the team is adequately staffed.
  • Process daily banking procedures and assist with cash handling as needed.
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience while in the store, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Relevant retail experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team, driving performance through KPIs, and maintaining a strong team environment.
  • Knowledge of retail IT systems and commerciality skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
