About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an Operational Trainer to contribute to our ongoing success. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality training to new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive induction training sessions across various departments.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensible content delivery.
- Create engaging training activities that accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assist in identifying and addressing upskilling needs in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a resource for training-related inquiries from new employees and management.
- Maintain up-to-date training documentation and process materials.
- Utilize lean methodology principles in training activities.
- Document training assessments and competency evaluations for all Academy participants.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Design effective training materials tailored to specific needs.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an engaging presentation style.
- Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in training interventions.
- Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders.
