About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an Operational Trainer to contribute to our ongoing success. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality training to new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive induction training sessions across various departments.
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensible content delivery.
  • Create engaging training activities that accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing upskilling needs in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a resource for training-related inquiries from new employees and management.
  • Maintain up-to-date training documentation and process materials.
  • Utilize lean methodology principles in training activities.
  • Document training assessments and competency evaluations for all Academy participants.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Design effective training materials tailored to specific needs.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an engaging presentation style.
  • Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in training interventions.
  • Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders.
