Key Responsibilities of the Lead Finance Operations Specialist:

• Support the Finance Operations Team in fulfilling team objectives while ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.

• Assist colleagues in their training and professional growth.

• Generate reports, manage cash flow, and oversee billing processes.

• Serve as a deputy for the Finance Operations Team, providing coverage during absences.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships across various teams.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for business enhancements.

32 days of annual leave (including public holidays), increasing to 35 days with extended service, plus the option to purchase up to an additional 10 days through our Holiday Plus scheme.
