About the Role

Agora Talent is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to lead their Logistics finance team and drive strategic decision-making across their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports, overseeing Logistics and Customer Service costs.
  • Partner with Operations and Fulfilment Centre leadership to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage month-end processes, forecasting, and budgeting cycles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyse and report on monthly performance and KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Drive cost optimisation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Brands, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Accounting/Finance with a strong analytical and communication skillset.
  • Experience in the Retail/FMCG industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Qlik systems is a plus.
