About the Role:

We are seeking an Operational Trainer to contribute to our ongoing success. The role involves delivering comprehensive induction training programs to new team members, ensuring that all training is conducted to a high standard. You will support and assess trainees appropriately while also focusing on the continuous improvement of training content centered around operational processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all contact center inductions across various departments.
  • Assist in the creation and regular updating of induction resources to ensure relevance and appropriateness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to guarantee the accuracy and clarity of training content.
  • Design interactive and engaging training activities that accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Support upskilling initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a resource for training-related inquiries from new team members and People Managers.
  • Maintain process documentation, ensuring all materials are current and relevant.
  • Apply lean methodology concepts to training activities with appropriate guidance.
  • Complete training records and assessments for all Academy team members at designated intervals to evaluate competency and provide feedback.
