Role Summary:

The Senior Financial Analysis Manager will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, delivering strategic insights that propel the organization forward. This position demands a robust analytical approach, outstanding communication capabilities, and a collaborative spirit to engage effectively across various departments. The Senior Financial Analysis Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate closely with senior leadership and the private equity firm to facilitate critical decision-making processes.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic long-term planning.
  • Create and maintain financial models to aid in business decision-making and investment evaluations.
  • Compile and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and the private equity firm.
  • Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the board and materials for investors.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance assessment.
  • Promote process enhancements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a private equity-backed context.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
