Buckden Partners is seeking a seasoned financial professional to join their team as a key member of the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in providing timely and accurate financial analysis, reporting, and cash flow management for investors and shareholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and developing the long-term budget planning tool, overseeing and producing company financial reporting, creating detailed short and medium-term cash flow forecasting, and being the company expert on investment cash flows within the business and SPV vehicles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial KPIs around the business, including monthly reporting and lead to fund process
  • Improving cost control by managing cost centre reporting and business partnering
  • Presenting analysis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to drive business growth and success

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience, and be a qualified accountant with considerable post-qualification experience. They will also have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create and present financial performance at a board level.
