Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support the operational management team in making informed business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective financial reporting processes to meet the needs of our clients and senior management team.
  • Manage and develop a team of Client Accountants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor and improve the accuracy and quality of financial reports and management information.
  • Provide regular commercial recommendations to the business, based on your expert analysis of key financial factors.

Requirements:

  • Qualified by experience, with a strong background in technical accounting and management reporting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing a team of Client Accountants.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to quickly and efficiently interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong personality.
