This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join Cameo Consultancy on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves providing comprehensive HR advisory services across multiple UK sites, focusing on recruitment and employee relations.

About the Role:

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborating with senior management to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Coordinating the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, utilizing industry-leading recruitment tools

• Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and supporting the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Providing newcomers with comprehensive onboarding support, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

• Handling first-level employee relations cases, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and issues

• Managing employee probation periods and absence management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

**Additional Responsibilities:**

• Assisting with payroll auditing and general HR administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Working closely with the payroll department and supporting benefit renewals, ensuring seamless administration

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent

• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations, with a strong understanding of HR best practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency in relevant software, including ATS and HR systems

• Past payroll management experience is advantageous

**Location:**

Cameo Consultancy, with travel to other UK sites

**Salary:** £38,000-£44,000
