DCS Group, a leading distributor, manufacturer, and exporter of health, beauty, and household products, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Team on a 6-month contract. As a key player in our dynamic workplace, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and contribute to our 30 years of successive growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver functional people performance plans that align with commercial priorities.
  • Coach and support people managers to drive engagement and performance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Facilitate regular employee feedback sessions to gather actionable insights and drive business improvement.
  • Collaborate with the functional leadership team to ensure performance plans are aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Analyze themes from performance development plans to inform group training priorities in partnership with the HR/Organizational Development team.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Talent Management to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Lead specific centre of excellence projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to organization-wide projects that drive business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain people analytics, recording key people metrics and driving insights from our people data.

**Key Tasks:**

  • Facilitate quarterly functional talent reviews to identify development opportunities.
  • Conduct functional organizational effectiveness reviews to drive business improvement.
  • Deliver the People Manager Excellence program to enhance leadership skills.
  • Complete the people dashboard to provide visibility into key people metrics.
  • Support workforce planning to ensure business needs are met.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Recognized HR qualifications (Level 5, Level 7, CIPD, or Masters).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Evidence of building senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tenacity and personal resilience.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to focus on the right things and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Power BI is an advantage.
