We are in search of a courteous, proactive, and committed individual who excels in teamwork and can provide exceptional customer service to join us as a Customer Service Assistant.

What does the role entail?
In the capacity of a Customer Service Assistant, you will represent EG Group positively and professionally while undertaking various responsibilities such as engaging with customers, delivering prompt and friendly service, and operating the cash register. Your skills in upselling will play a vital role in achieving the store's objectives and enhancing sales and profits.

Main Responsibilities:
(Comprehensive training will be provided)

  • Recognize common suspicious activities and transactions.
  • Receive deliveries of fuel and store inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock checks.
  • Follow Challenge 25 policies regarding age-restricted items and ID verification.
  • Ensure proper merchandising of the store.
  • Maintain temperature records in accordance with procedures.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the site.
  • Operate the cash register, manage cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
  • Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
