Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Claims Governance Team at Acorn Insurance. As a Customer Service/Claims Call Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and accurate quality assurance reviews of customer contacts, calls, webchats, and administration processes.
  • Maintain consistency in approach to quality monitoring and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Audit Lead and Claims Auditor to provide insight and support in ensuring regulatory compliance and good governance controls.
  • Act as an effective team member, providing support and building relationships with the wider Governance Team and Team Leaders.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Claims Governance Team.
