We are currently in search of a dedicated Customer Service Sales Representative to become a vital part of their sales team and enhance the sales process.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in providing both administrative and customer support to the sales department.

The ideal candidate will manage sales inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional support to customers, whether in-person or via phone.
  • Respond to product-related questions and assist customers throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Accurately process sales orders, ensuring precision in product specifications, pricing, and delivery details.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including the preparation of sales reports and upkeep of customer databases.
  • Stay updated on the company’s offerings to effectively convey their features and advantages to customers.
  • Help customers identify the right products to fulfill their requirements.
  • Promptly and effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
