We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Branch Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and branch sales targets are achieved
  • Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Assist with the delivery of branch operations, including stocktakes and audits
  • Provide support and assistance to branch colleagues as required
Requirements
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, while ensuring our customers always walk away happy
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., SAP)
  • A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage
