About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our award-winning Trade Branch Network at Eurocell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and providing sales management to branches throughout the region, promoting our ever-expanding and innovative product range through developing relationships with local trade professionals and trade companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships with new and existing customers within the area, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Customer Portfolios to achieve sales and margin targets, ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries and issues.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service through regular feedback and proactive issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies in collaboration with the Regional Management Team, driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations to a diverse customer base, showcasing our products and services in a compelling and effective manner.
  • Work with Branch Managers to ensure timely deliveries to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • Implement Innovation and Change Management Initiatives to improve business performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • A full and valid driving license is essential for this role.
  • A consistent track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staff is required.
  • Experience within a similar management role, ideally within a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or UPVC environment, is highly desirable.
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins, is essential.
  • Able to work under pressure, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the growth of the business.
