Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Assistant and Driver to join our team at Eurocell Group Ltd. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Confidently communicate product knowledge to customers, achieve sales targets, and promote our products and services.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Safely operate company vehicles, manage routes, and deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with day-to-day branch operations, including stock management, warehouse maintenance, and front-of-house cleanliness.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with branch colleagues, communicate effectively, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driving license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a trade or retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
