About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Assistant to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Manager in securing new contracts with our large Platinum clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist and relieve the Commercial Manager with smaller non-competitive projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of clients' key drivers and vision for a project, working closely with our Designers to bring this vision to life.
  • Site Surveying: Conduct thorough site surveys to gather essential information, measurements, and insights to inform project delivery.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and finalize proposals, ensuring 100% accuracy in pricing and specifications while maximizing Gross Profit.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the opportunity process, ensuring CRM accuracy and forecasting.
Key Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Technical Skills: Possess excellent IT skills in Excel and Word, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Commercial Background: Have a solid commercial background, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Efficiency: Demonstrate a can-do approach, with a focus on developing quick and effective ways of working.
  • Construction Knowledge: Possess practical knowledge of construction, including architectural drawings and floorplans.
  • People Skills: Exhibit excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve business goals.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, with a strong ability to understand and manage emotions in the workplace.
  • Drive and Passion: Show a drive and passion for agriculture, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our business.
