Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the branch operates efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Support and develop the branch team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Branch Management: Assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations, including stock management, inventory control, and branch maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and operational reports to the Branch Manager, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and make informed business decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing teams, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of branch operations, including stock management, inventory control, and branch maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and industry-standard software, with a strong understanding of sales and operational systems.
