Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team as a Registered Manager. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a large branch in Bishops Stortford, with a strong commercial acumen to help successfully grow the business, by also providing the highest quality of care to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
  • Provide exceptional care to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK drivers' licence.
