Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a thriving care team dedicated to delivering exceptional personal care services. As the Registered Manager, you will ensure that our branch maintains a sufficient number of qualified care workers to meet service demands and that the care provided meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage processes, ensuring they are correctly followed, controlled, and documented.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the expectations of contract holders.
- Lead a team of care workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Requirements
We are looking for a Registered Manager with a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care. You must be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager, passionate about delivering the highest quality community care. A solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework governing our services is essential.
