About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care team at Advantage Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional personal care services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and lead a thriving care team dedicated to delivering high-quality personal care services.
  • Ensure that our branch maintains a sufficient number of qualified care workers to meet service demands and that the care provided meets our high standards.
  • Be accountable for maintaining compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the expectations of contract holders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework governing our services.
  • Strong budget management and business acumen skills.
