- Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, and empathy.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication, provide essential physical and mental stimulation, and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery and high standards of care.
- Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
- Competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications.
