About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure a diverse and appealing range of options for our clients and customers.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image through your work and interactions with clients and customers.
Requirements
  • Culinary Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts.
  • Leadership Experience: Have experience supervising a team and leading culinary operations in a similar role.
  • Culinary Skills: Possess excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Food Safety Certification: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and adhere to all relevant food safety regulations.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients and customers.
