Front Desk Associate

- Provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay.
- Deliver unforgettable experiences, starting from the initial booking process to departure, by exceeding guest expectations.
- Adhere to hotel policies, as outlined in the training manual, including Reservations, Sales, Check-In, and Check-Out procedures.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Promote additional products and services within the hotel and group brand.
- Maintain accurate billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, processing bookings, upselling, salesmanship, financial, and reporting diligence.
- Support the reservations team with booking support.
- Minimize and handle complaints professionally, in accordance with hotel policy.
- Maintain good working relationships with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- Replenish departmental stock areas.
- Ensure daily updates are communicated throughout the hotel.
- Follow legislation related to the job role.

- Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- Tronc / Service charge (Food & Beverage Departments only)
- End of Season Bonus – Hourly paid team members will receive 10% of all hours worked between 1st December – 31st December.
